Reflections – 02.27.2022

Yesterday was a fun one.

Three things I’m grateful for:

– Getting to celebrate our friend’s 40th in-person, and with lots of hugs
– Having systems in place that making quick clean-ups so easy to do
– Hot sauce

One thing I need to work on:

I gotta go with the same thing as yesterday. Getting ready sooner, so I can walk to where I need to go.

Reflections – 02.26.2022

I missed a day but I don’t feel bad about it because I had two very full days of plans, and life is always better when you’re doing things. Also, the whole point of this exercise is to help alleviate stress so stressing about missing a day would be counter-productive.

Three things I’m grateful for:
– The start of weekly coffees with my girls
– Delicious potato & rosemary bread from prairie boy
– All of my friends. They are all so wonderful.

One thing I need to work on:

– Getting ready on time so I can walk to places instead of relying on the ttc or an uber

Reflections – 02.24.2022

I got home late last night so I’m writing this morning instead… but I’m grateful for:

– Being able to hang out and have fun with old co-workers.
– Sunshine.
– My dental hygienist said that I didn’t have a lot of tartar build-up even though it’s been at least a year since my last cleaning… flossing works!

One thing I need to work on:

– Getting ready on time!!
