I missed a day but I don’t feel bad about it because I had two very full days of plans, and life is always better when you’re doing things. Also, the whole point of this exercise is to help alleviate stress so stressing about missing a day would be counter-productive.
Three things I’m grateful for:
– The start of weekly coffees with my girls
– Delicious potato & rosemary bread from prairie boy
– All of my friends. They are all so wonderful.
One thing I need to work on:
– Getting ready on time so I can walk to places instead of relying on the ttc or an uber
