– Warm days aka BBQ days!

– remembering that motivation comes in waves, and that you have to ride it when it comes

It appears that I took a break from these, but I simply took to writing them offline since I was out of town and didn’t bring my laptop with me.
Top three things I’m grateful for while I was away:
– Being near the ocean & salt water
– Not having to do any dishes
– Not having to cook
One thing I need to work on:
– Learning how to be with other people again…
I feel like I need to explain that last item. I’ve been alone for nearly two years. Living alone, but also single and not in any kind of a committed relationship. While this has been great for learning how to love myself more, and be more comfortable in my own skin, I’m concerned that I may have lost a little bit of my compassion. I’m not a hundred percent certain of this, though. Only time will really tell.
