Flickr Friday: Let the light shine in
I’m in a bit of a situation1 and I think I’m going to have to take a little bit of a break from posting for a little while. I’ve started about 20 posts but have been unable to finish a single one. I was able to take this photo yesterday late afternoon/early evening when my parents and I got home from work.
I think its fitting because I need to be reminded to let the light shine in. I know you all know me as this positive, happy person but honestly I have my dark moments and I think I just need to disappear and be dark for a little while. I need to get it out of the way and make way for the light…. I know you have no idea what I’m talking about, but that’s the intention.

Feel sunnier soon. Maybe you have a bit of the winter dullness too. I have been there for a few weeks. Started feeling like myself (a little more) yesterday.

Can I suggest an alternative blog where you get the bad stuff off of your chest, anonamously under an alternative name perhaps? That was the idea behind my original blog. You don’t want to wallow in self-pity or reinforce negativity, but I often find offloading like that to be cathartic & therapeutic.
